With Time to Pet, an industry-specific scheduling software, we manage visit schedules, track dog walkers’ GPS location, and more. Through Time to Pet, our dog walkers document each visit, offering real-time updates, photos, and detailed care reports that help you feel connected and confident about your pets’ whereabouts and well-being while in our team’s care.

Lee
GENERAL MANAGER
Lee is a devoted and enthusiastic animal lover aiming to always provide exemplary care for your four-legged family members as he would for his own. With a Master’s in Public Health he believes in the importance that physical well being not only for the body, but for the mind.
Lee also has lots of experience with petsitting and loves to be of service for others in any way he can. When he’s not out walking your dog in the park or adventuring out on a trail, Lee love to cook and work on art.
Megan
Team Lead
Megan is a compassionate and experienced pet care professional, based in Chevy Chase, MD. With over five years of hands-on experience in dog walking, pet sitting, and animal handling—including roles at a veterinary hospital and a doggy daycare—Megan combines deep care with practical skill.
She holds a degree in Chemistry with a minor in Secondary Education and is certified in CPR and AED. Known for her ability to bond with animals and her attention to detail, Megan treats every pet like her own, ensuring they receive personalized care and plenty of love.
Abby
Team Trainer
Abby discovered her love of dogs when her family welcomed a Maltipoo in 2019, and dog walking has since become her favorite kind of work. She has worked professionally with dogs since 2023, gaining experience in both dog walking and pet sitting. A firm believer in routine and consistency, she values showing up reliably for the dogs and families who count on her. At Bethesda Dog Walkers, she enjoys giving each dog time to sniff, explore, and do all the little dog things that make a walk special.
Ross
Team Trainer
Ross is a longtime Bethesda-area resident and a graduate of Walter Johnson High School. They are currently a student at St. Mary’s College of Maryland. A friend’s recommendation introduced them to Bethesda Dog Walkers and sparked their interest in joining the team. They were drawn to the opportunity to spend college breaks working with dogs in the community they call home.
Maritza
DOG WALKER
Maritza has lived in the Bethesda area for 25 years. She moved here for work and stayed for the area’s many highlights, including the Capital Crescent Trail, our local dog parks, and charming neighborhoods. She walks dogs for Bethesda Dog Walkers midday and then heads home to walk her dog because a dog mom’s job is never done.

Nicole is a lifelong animal lover and devoted pet owner who recently relocated to Maryland from Seattle. Her extensive background as a fitness instructor taught her the importance of movement, routine, and overall well-being – for both people and pets. She has a calm, attentive nature and provides safe, dependable, compassionate care. Whether it’s an energetic walk, a leisurely stroll, or just some quality cuddle time, Nicole tailors each visit to your pet’s unique needs and personality. Your furry friend will be treated like family—receiving the thoughtful, loving attention they deserve.
Tatyana
DOG WALKER
Tatyana is originally from New Jersey and recently graduated with my Master’s degree from American University. A proud dog mom to two adorable pups: Duchess, a sassy 2-year-old Corgi, and Duke, a playful Pomeranian puppy. They are her world. Whether your pup needs a long walk, a quick potty break, or just some mid-day love, she promises to treat them like family.
Alyse
DOG WALKER
Alyse brings 30 years of experience working with animals, including two decades in veterinary care and canine rehabilitation. She earned her Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner certification through the University of Tennessee and has worked at veterinary hospitals including New York’s Animal Medical Center. With many animals of her own, she says she is happiest when surrounded by them. At Bethesda Dog Walkers, she brings that love and experience to caring for each dog with attention to their comfort and individual needs.
Meg
DOG WALKER
Meg is a Bethesda native who first got to know Bethesda Dog Walkers as a client. She holds a bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising and management from the University of Delaware and an associate degree in fashion business management from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Her professional background in sales has helped her develop strong communication and time-management skills, which she brings to her work with our team. Now on the other side of the leash, she understands firsthand how much it means to have someone you trust caring for your dog.
Josh
DOG WALKER
Joshua grew up caring for two terriers, Roxie and Susie, who helped shape his love of dogs and his appreciation for their individual personalities. Originally from Texas, he recently moved to Maryland and holds an associate degree in business from Blinn College. He brings several years of hospitality experience, having balanced his college studies with work in the restaurant industry. At Bethesda Dog Walkers, he emphasizes attentive care, getting to know each dog, and clear communication with their owners.
Sydney
DOG WALKER
Sydney is a biology student who previously studied marine science and chemistry at the University of Miami. With experience as a hotel lobby assistant and a tea shop assistant manager, Sydney is accustomed to helping people, balancing responsibilities, and keeping busy days organized. A graduate of St. John’s College High School, Sydney also competed in rowing and performed in three school bands. Sydney brings a customer-service background, attention to detail, and conversational Spanish skills to the Bethesda Dog Walkers team.
Timothy
DOG WALKER
Timothy is a dependable and thoughtful team member with experience in customer service, outdoor work, and working with children. A lifelong dog lover, he especially enjoys getting to know each dog’s unique personality and building trust with them over time. His background includes roles as an adventure camp counselor, valet, ramp agent, and kitchen assistant, all of which required patience, responsibility, and staying calm in busy environments. Timothy is pursuing studies in communication and music recording technology and is also an Eagle Scout.
Emily
DOG WALKER
Emily is a longtime pet owner, animal lover, mom, and school crossing guard in Montgomery County. During her 40-year career as a real estate appraiser, she has visited homes throughout the area and befriended countless pets along the way. Getting to know those animals and their people has been one of the joys of her work. She is excited to bring that same enthusiasm to new adventures with the dogs in her care at Bethesda Dog Walkers.
Christa
DOG WALKER
Christa is a lifelong dog lover who grew up with dogs and has two miniature Australian Shepherd–Border Collie mixes back home. She is studying health science and also works as a residence hall front desk assistant. When visiting someone’s home, she often finds herself spending more time with their dog than with the people. At Bethesda Dog Walkers, she emphasizes a calm approach, keeping each dog safe and comfortable, and making sure owners stay informed about their best friend’s day.
Bill
DOG WALKER
Bill brings more than 30 years of customer service experience to Bethesda Dog Walkers, including 26 years as a courier where reliability and punctuality were part of his daily routine. An animal lover with a cat of his own, he especially appreciates how dogs respond to the time and attention you give them. He believes in a gentle, steady approach to walks and making sure each dog gets the care they need. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring his creative side by teaching himself 3D graphics and animation.
Haley
DOG WALKER
Haley brings hands-on experience in dog walking, pet sitting, grooming, and dog daycare to Bethesda Dog Walkers. She has worked with anxious and high-energy dogs, followed individualized exercise and medication routines, and cared for pets in boarding settings. Her animal-care background even extends to the farm, where she cared for horses and donkeys. She emphasizes safe, attentive care tailored to each dog’s needs, along with thoughtful updates that help owners feel connected while they’re away.
Ian
DOG WALKER
Ian is a Cabin John local who first got to know Bethesda Dog Walkers as a client. He graduated summa cum laude from Goucher College with a degree in creative and professional writing and spent two school years helping children build their reading skills through Reading Partners. As the primary walker for his beloved dog, he especially enjoyed giving her time to explore and take in the outdoors. He brings that same enthusiasm to our team, along with patience, gentle encouragement, and an appreciation for every dog’s unique personality.
Madeline
DOG WALKER
Madeline has provided professional pet care since 2021, specializing in in-home care for senior dogs and dogs with special needs. She holds a degree in cellular and molecular biology from Barnard College and brings a background in regulatory affairs, where organization and attention to detail were essential to her work. She especially enjoys earning the trust of dogs who are usually reserved around strangers and getting to know their individual personalities. At Bethesda Dog Walkers, she emphasizes consistent, attentive care and thoughtful photo and text updates that keep owners connected while they’re away.
Vik
DOG WALKER
Vik is a student and experienced dog sitter who has been caring for clients’ dogs since 2023. He spent 12 years as the primary caregiver for a Golden Lab and also has a Golden Retriever at home. His background includes customer service and volunteering with The Upcounty Hub to deliver donated food to Montgomery County families. He brings hands-on dog-care experience, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills to the Bethesda Dog Walkers team.
